White wine
Description
A fresh, round and fruity white wine made from the Vidal grape. It opens with aromas of white peach, yellow apple and citrus, underpinned by a hint of white flowers. Description
A generous rosé, round and textured, made from the Chambourcin, De Chaunac, Maréchal Foch and Petite Perle grape varieties. It opens with aromas of small red fruits, stewed strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant, supported by a fine touch of rhubarb that brings freshness and depth.
On the palate, the balance between generous fruit and fresh tension makes it a rosé that is at once indulgent, structured and versatile.
Tasting notes
The nose highlights small red fruits, strawberry and raspberry, with an indulgent, expressive intensity. A lightly herbaceous note, reminiscent of rhubarb, adds liveliness.

Vin gris
Description
A dry, fresh and fruity vin gris, made in a light style. It reveals a charming nose of stewed strawberry and ripe peach, with a delicate floral touch. On the palate, the texture is supple and generous, supported by a lovely freshness that brings balance and vivacity.

Orange wine
Description
A skin-contact white wine made from the Frontenac Gris and Vidal grape varieties, with about 35 days of maceration on the skins. It reveals a rich, textured aromatic palette combining dried apricot, mandarin, cantaloupe and marmalade, supported by notes of peach stone, tea and yellow flowers.
On the palate, its fine tannic structure and ample texture give it a unique presence, both dense and elegant.
Tasting notes
The nose is expressive and complex, dominated by candied fruit, ripe citrus and yellow floral notes. There are also accents of tea and fruit stones.
The palate is structured, lightly tannic and highly textured. The whole is carried by a lovely freshness that balances the aromatic richness. The finish is long, savoury and slightly woody.
Pairings and serving
This orange wine can be enjoyed on its own or at the table, where it shines especially with more complex or spicy dishes.
It goes very well with dishes featuring garlic and olives, marinated or vinegared preparations, as well as spicy or Mediterranean cuisine. It also works with more classic pairings, where its structure comes as a pleasant surprise.
Pairing ideas: apricot terrine, wild mushrooms, game with olives, prosciutto and melon, tagines, roast duck.
Serve at around 10 °C.
Red wine
Description
A supple, fruity red wine made from the Frontenac Noir and Petite Perle grape varieties. It expresses aromas of small red and black fruits, with a round, fresh palate. The tannins are present but smooth, giving it an approachable, balanced texture.
Tasting notes
Notes of blackberry, black cherry, plum and blackcurrant come through, accompanied by a touch of violet and a light white pepper. The palate is crisp, fresh and easy-drinking, with a silky finish and subtly woody accents.

Versatile, it pairs with white meats, Italian dishes, light grilled fare and cheeses. Serve slightly chilled, at around 16 °C.
