Welcome to Val Caudalies vineyard.

A pioneer of Québec winemaking since 2005, our estate is behind several creations that have left their mark on the industry, from the first dry Vidal white wine to the first pawpaw wine in Canada. Whether you’re stopping by for a tasting, a stroll through the vineyard or simply looking for a fine discovery, we welcome you with simplicity, warmth and the pleasure of sharing our passion.

Set in the heart of the Wine Route, in Dunham, Brome-Missisquoi, Val Caudalies is an estate where Québec’s terroir speaks with character and creativity.

Since 2005, we have been crafting wines, ciders and vermouths that reflect our passion, our know-how and the joy of offering good moments to share.

Available at the estate boutique, our wines and ciders can also be found in many SAQ outlets, in over 100 grocery and fine food stores, and in bars and restaurants across the province.

Every bottle tells a little of our story. From timeless classics to bolder creations, our products are made on site, from northern grape varieties and fruit grown on our own estate.

For twenty years, we have been exploring new paths while staying true to what has driven us from day one: creating authentic products, made to be shared with pride!

Our recent creations include the very first pawpaw-flavoured wine in Canada, a fruit native to North America with exotic notes.

Visit our estate in Dunham

Here, we take our time.
Time to walk between the rows of vines. To take in Mont Pinacle. To taste on the terrace and discover the flavours that have built our estate’s reputation.

A visit to Val Caudalies is as much about discovering a landscape as a craft shaped season after season.

A story of friendship, passion and perseverance

Val Caudalies was born of a bold idea: three friends who chose to learn the winegrower’s trade in the field. Guided by pleasure, sharing and perseverance, they have been building, since 2005, an estate known for its spirit of innovation and its attachment to Québec’s terroir.

Today, that same passion is found in every one of our bottles and in the welcome we extend to each of our visitors
