V-Tonic
Description
Produced and canned by Vignoble Val Caudalies, V-Tonic is a ready-to-drink made from our white wine and our house sweet vermouth.
It blends the freshness of the wine with the aromatic richness of botanicals, sweet spices and fruit, in a light, refined take on the classic vermouth tonic.
Lively, thirst-quenching and balanced, it is made for simple moments as much as for festive occasions.
Tasting notes
The nose is fresh and aromatic, with notes of citrus, fine herbs and sweet spices.
On the palate, the whole is light and structured. The liveliness of the white wine combines with the complexity of the vermouth, supported by a subtle bitterness and a refreshing finish.

Best enjoyed well chilled, on its own, as an aperitif or during a relaxed moment.

Geisenheim
white
Description
A dry white wine made from the Geisenheim grape. It expresses floral and fruity aromas in a fresh, delicate and balanced whole.
On the palate, the wine is lively and light, with a lovely tension that makes it an ideal companion for simple, spontaneous moments.

The nose opens with floral notes and white-fleshed fruit.
The palate is fresh and precise, carried by a light texture and a clean finish with fruity accents.

Red Wine
Description
A supple, fruity red wine made from the Frontenac Noir and Petite Perle grape varieties. It expresses aromas of small red and black fruits, with a round, fresh palate. The tannins are present but smooth, giving it an approachable, balanced texture.
Tasting notes
Notes of blackberry, black cherry, plum and blackcurrant come through, accompanied by a touch of violet and a light white pepper. The palate is crisp, fresh and easy-drinking, with a silky finish and subtly woody accents.
Pairings and serving
Versatile, it pairs with white meats, Italian dishes, light grilled fare and cheeses. Serve slightly chilled, at around 16 °C.
Sparkling
rosé
Description
A lightly sparkling rosé wine with notes of small red fruits. Lively, fruity and thirst-quenching, it is made for summer days and festive moments.
